Just Wanna Melt will offer credit returns of products that have been damaged as a result of our improper packing only. We are not responsible for damage claims caused by a shipping company and must be settled with that shipping company.

Prior permission must be granted before returning products for exchange or credit by emailing info@justwannamelt.com within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The validity of all returns is at the discretion of Just Wanna Melt. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened. 

Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location or another website other than  www.justwannamelt.com must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.


Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at the point of service. Most purchases are prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days, and are then shipped via USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 

Business days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will receive an email with tracking and delivery information at time of shipment.


Please read before ordering. Because of the nature of Just Wanna Melt products, the condition of your order may be affected by the heat during shipping. We cannot guarantee that all products in your cart will arrive 100% solid. 

Temperature changes can affect the consistency of some of our products. If products should melt during transits, this is out of our control and we will not issue refunds.

If you are ordering in the summer months, live in a hot area of the country, or are concerned about the shipping of your products for any reason please contact info@justwannamelt.com before ordering. For an additional price, we can provide special cold packaging to keep your order safe from the heat.
